Vallauris & Golfe Juan
Vallauris has been known for its pottery since the 16th century; Picasso established a ceramics workshop there in the 1940s. Today, the works of Picasso and successors can be found in the many galleries, shops and workshops open to visitors. The old town also boasts several attractive churches and chapels, lively markets, bars and restaurants.
The bay of Golfe Juan has a mix of public and private beaches, two ports (old and new) and access to over 40 diving sites.
